How Our Bin Liners Are Made

At our facility, we follow a careful process to ensure every bin liner is strong, reliable, and eco-friendly:

Raw Material Selection

We use high-quality plastic resins (or recycled plastic pellets, depending on the product) as the base material. These ensure durability while supporting sustainability.

Blown Film Extrusion

The plastic is melted and blown into thin film tubes using advanced extrusion machines. This process allows us to control thickness and strength, ensuring each liner can handle everyday use.

Cutting and Sealing

The film is cooled, flattened, and then cut into the desired sizes. Heat sealing is used at the bottom to make the liners leak-proof and tear-resistant.

Shaping and Customizing

We produce liners in various sizes, colors, and thicknesses—suitable for households, offices, and industrial use. Options like star-seals or gusseted bottoms add extra strength.

Packaging

Finally, the bin liners are rolled, folded, or packed into boxes depending on customer preference, ensuring they are easy to store and use.
